Shipping Method and Fees:

Home Delivery –

• Free shipping on orders over 299₪.

• For orders under 299₪, the shipping fee is 30₪ (per order).

Delivery Times:

• Orders will be delivered within up to 3 business days, not including the day the order is placed, and subject to courier company approval, to all regions of the country.

• Notwithstanding the above, during promotional periods—including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Singles’ Day—orders will be delivered within up to 10 business days, excluding the order date.

General Terms:

• Fridays, holiday eves, intermediate festival days, and official holidays are not considered business days.

• Delivery times are subject to the shipping policy of the external distribution company and are their responsibility.

• For the avoidance of doubt, product orders are subject to the website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

• The delivery times stated in this policy apply to normal conditions. Delays may occur due to security situations, lockdowns, pandemics, or events beyond the control of the company and/or the delivery service.
